The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Account Notes grid under the FT tab on the Patron page.

Account |
The account to which the account note is assigned. |
Date |
The date associated with the account note. |
Type |
The Note Type associated with the account note. |
Note |
The account note’s text. |
Alert |
A check mark indicates that the account note is set as an Alert. |
Expire |
If the account note is an Alert, this is the date the Alert will expire. |

Add |
Click Add to add a new note or predefined note. |
View |
Click View to view an account note. |
Edit |
