Use the following procedure to add an attachment from the Attachments tab:
1. From the Facilities section of the Facilities menu, select Manage Facilities.
2. From the Facility Tree, click on a facility to select the facility to view. If necessary, expand the tree by clicking on the expand icon for the desired parent facility.
3. Select the Attachments tab.
4. From the List of Facility Attachments grid, click Add . The Add Facility Attachment section is displayed.
5. Select an Attachment type from the drop-down menu.
Note: Facility attachment types are defined on the Attachment Types page in the Facilities section of the Setup module.
6. Select a Date for the attachment. The field defaults to the current date.
7. Enter any necessary notes about the attachment in the Description field.
8. Click Select to choose a file from the file browser.
9. Click Save. The Facility Attachment successfully added message is displayed.
