Patron Attachment Types are used to designate a type of file attached to a patron’s profile. For example, Application Form, Medical Record, or Profile Picture. Use the following procedure to add a patron attachment type:
1. Select Attachment Types from the Patron section of the Setup menu. The Patron Attachment Types page is displayed.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter information in the fields provided.
• *Display Name: Enter a display name (for example, Application). The display name will appear in the Attachment Type column in the Attachments tab of the Patron page.
• *Description: Enter a description of the patron attachment type.
• *Active: Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to specify whether the patron attachment type is active.
4. Click Save. The Item successfully added message is displayed.
