Multiple addresses can be defined for a Patron. Patron addresses are listed on some Patron Reports and can be included in Forms. Patrons can be searched for via Advanced Find using any of the Address Types.
The following Address Types are available, by default, in ResCenter:
•Billing Address: Use this Address Type to enter a patron’s billing address information.
•Local Address: This Address type contains the patron’s local address, which may be an on-campus or off-campus housing address.
•Pending Address: This Address Type is used to store address information for the future (such as a patron’s address for the following year).
•Permanent Address: Typically, the patron’s Permanent Address contains the patron’s home address.
