The Bulk Communication page allows users to send a communication message—either by email or printed document—to multiple patrons. The Bulk Communication page uses the Advanced Find function for to allow searching for patrons. Once patrons are selected, a user has the option to view a preview of a message template for any patron; patrons can also be removed from the list, if necessary. Once the list of patrons is ready, a message template can be selected for the communication message. Finally, the message can be distributed via a Send as Email option or Print as Document option.
