Categories Grid

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Categories grid on the Report Categories page:

Column

Description

Name

Name of the category (for example, Completions).

Description

Description of the category (for example, Completions of Work Orders).

Display Order

Order in which the category will display in the Category column in the Reports options.

Option

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.

Add

Click Add to add a category.

Edit

Click Edit next to a category to edit the category information.

Delete

Click Delete next to a category to delete the category.

Reports

Click Reports to configure the settings in the Report Setup option.
