CBORD Support Hub
The CBORD Hub allows customers to submit support issues and manage of support cases. With the eSupport Web Portal, you have the following support options:
• Submit new issues
• Access support activity
• Type (or copy) error messages directly into case notes
• Attach files relevant to an issue (such as screen shots or log files)
• Check on case status and provide updated information about an issue
• Review notes from both current and closed cases
• Close and re-open cases
