Graduate student points are calculated on the basis of the graduate student’s Class attribute or Priority attribute (as indicated by the Priority Reason Attribute system parameter). If a graduate student’s priority reason attribute is set to a PriorityReason type, as defined in the grid, the student is assigned that value. If the graduate student has no matching priority reason, points are assigned as per the graduate student’s class attribute as defined in the grid.
Use the following procedures to add, edit, or delete a rule for Graduate Attribute Points:
1. Click Graduate Attribute Points to populate the grid with the graduate points rules.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter an Attribute Value and the amount of Points associated with the value.
4. Select the attribute value Type.
5. Click Save.

2. Click Edit next to the desired rule.
3. Edit the Attribute Value and/or the amount of Points associated with the value.
4. Edit the attribute value Type.
5. Click Update.
1. Click Graduate Attribute Points to populate the grid with the graduate points rules.
2. Click Delete next to the rule that you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click OK. The Lottery rule successfully deleted message is displayed.
