When you delete a billable item that was added from Odyssey HMS, the system will only remove the conference flag from the record so that it no longer appears in the List of Billable Items grid, but it will still exist in the database for Odyssey HMS. Use the following procedure to delete a billable item:
Note: The read-only In Use column provides information about whether the billable item is used in one or more conference events. If the In Use status is Yes, the billable item cannot be deleted (the Delete option is disabled when the billable item is used by one or more events).
1. Select Billable Items from the Conferences section of the Setup menu.
2. Click Delete next to the billable item you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click OK. The billable item is removed from the grid.
