Use the following procedure to delete an Event Statuses:
Note: The read-only In Use column provides information about whether the event status is used in one or more conference events. If the In Use status is Yes, the event status cannot be deleted (the Delete option is disabled when the status is used by one or more events).
1. Select Event Statuses from the Conferences section of the Setup menu. The Event Statuses page is displayed.
2. Click Delete next to the status event that you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click OK. The Event status successfully deleted message is displayed.
