Use the following procedure to delete a reserved room:
Note: You cannot delete a reserved room if an attendee is assigned to it (the Delete option will be disabled).
1. Select Events from the Conferences menu. The Events page is displayed. Click Select next to the event for which you want to delete a reserved room. The View Event page is displayed.
2. From the Attendee Group grid, click Select next to the attendee group for which you want to delete a reserved room. The View Attendee Group page is displayed.
3. From the Reserved Rooms grid, click Delete next to the reserved room you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Click OK. The Reserved room successfully deleted message is displayed.
