Use the following procedure to edit a patron group status:
1. Select Groups > Group Statuses from the Patron section of the Setup menu. The Manage Patron Group Statuses page is displayed.
2. Click Edit next to a Group Status.
3. Edit the following fields, as necessary:
• Edit the name for the Group Status in the Display Value field.
• Edit the description for the Group Status in the Description field.
• To make the group status active and available for use in ResCenter, set the Active status to Yes.
• Select the Display Order for the Group Status. This is the order the status will appear in a list of Group Statuses.
4. Click Update. The Item successfully updated message is displayed.
