Use the following procedure to edit a preference:
1. From the Patron menu, select Search for Patron and perform a search for the patron for whom you want to view a patron’s preferences.
2. From the Patron List grid, click a row to select a patron.
3. Select the Preferences tab. The List of Patron Preferences grid displays preferences associated with the patron.
4. Click Edit Preference on the desired patron preference.
5. Edit the preference information. For information about each field, refer to the List of Patron Preferences Grid Overview section. The following fields are available:
• Preference Name
• Type
• Effective Date - Use the term drop-down menu to help set dates, if necessary. However, preference dates are not linked to a term.
• Facility
• Rank
6. Click Save.
