Use the following procedure to edit a work order attachment type:
1. Select Work Order Attachment Types from the Maintenance section of the Setup menu. The Work Order Attachment Types page is displayed.
2. Click Edit next to the type that you want to modify.
3. Make the appropriate changes in the fields provided.
• *Display Name: Modify the name that will be displayed in the Type column/field in the Work Orders option.
• *Description: Modify the description of the work order type.
• *Active: Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to specify whether the work order type is active.
• *Display Order: Select the order that the work order type will be displayed in the Type column/field in the Work Orders option.
4. Click Update. The Item successfully updated message is displayed.
