Use the following procedure to edit a work order priority:
1. Select Work Order Priorities from the Maintenance section of the Setup menu. The Work Order Priorities page is displayed.
2. Click Edit next to the work order priority that you want to edit. The row becomes editable.
3. Make the appropriate changes in the fields provided.
• *Display Name: Modify the name that will display in the Priority drop-down list in the Work Orders option.
• *Description: Modify the description of the work order priority.
• *Active: Select Yes or No from the drop-down list to specify whether the work order priority is active.
• *Priority: Rank the importance of the new work order priority against the existing priorities.
• *Display Order: Select the order that the new work order priority will display in the Priority drop-down list in the Work Orders option.
4. Click Update. The Item successfully updated message is displayed.
