After completing an attendee group contract, conference managers can email an Attendee Group bill to the Attendee Group’s Organization Contact. The bill displays fees based on the event for the attendee group.
Note: For the Email Bill link to be available, the attendee group’s Organization Contact must have an email address entered in the Organization Detail page. Also, the contract must be linked to the Attendee Group’s contact.
Use the following procedure to print a bill for attendees:
1. Select Events from the Conferences menu. The Events page is displayed. Click Select next to the event for which you want to print an Attendee Group Detail Bill.
2. In the Attendee Groups tab, click Select next to the desired Attendee Group.
3. Select the Contract tab, and click Email Bill in the Contract grid. The Attendee Group Bill will be emailed to the attendee group’s organization contact as a .pdf attachment.
4. After the bill is successfully emailed, a confirmation message will appear.
