Use the following procedure to export the List of Assignment Maximum’s Rule grid:

1.  Select Assignment Maximums from the Assignments section of the Setup menu. The Assignment Maximums page is displayed.

2.  Click  View next to an assignment maximum. The List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules grid is displayed.

3.  In the List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules grid, click the  Export to button to display the following options:

•     Click Export to CSV to save the List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules as a CSV text file, with each field separated by a comma. This file is viewable in a spreadsheet program or a text editor.

•     Click Export to Excel to save the List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules as a Microsoft Excel file.

•     Click Export to Word to save the List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules as a Microsoft Word file.

•     Click Export to PDF to save the List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules as an Adobe PDF file.

4.  Click OK.
