The Grace Periods tab displays all contracts for existing occupants in the selected facility with access dates overlapping the new assignment dates. If necessary, a user can decrease the grace period on any of the listed contracts to avoiding overlapping with a new assignment.
If the existing patron had set grace period hours when first added, they will be displayed in the grid. Otherwise, the Grace Hour Start and Grace Hours End fields will be blank.
If necessary, click Edit Contract and enter a value, in hours, in the New Start Grace Hours and New End Grace Hours fields to adjust the grace period range. Click Save.
