After creating a Preference, it must be associated with a Term. Linking a Term to a Preference allows the Preference to be available in Automatic Assignments and Application Forms associated with the Term.
Use the following procedure to link a Preference to a Term:
1. Select Preferences from the Setup > Global menu. The Preferences page is displayed.
2. Search for a Preference, if necessary.
3. From the Preferences grid, click Add to Term next to a Preference.
4. Select one or more Terms.
5. Click Save.
