The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Emergency Contacts grid under the Emergency Contacts tab on the Patron page.

Name |
Name of the emergency contact |
Relationship |
Relationship of the emergency contact to the patron. |
Priority |
The rank of the emergency contact. The priority indicates who should be attempted to be contacted first in the event of an emergency. |
Phone Number 1 |
The emergency contact’s phone number. Up to four phone numbers can be listed in Edit mode. |
Phone Number 1 Type |
The type of phone number listed for the emergency contact. (For example: Home, Mobile, or Work). |
Address Line 1 |
The emergency contact’s home address (first line). |
Address Line 2 |
The emergency contact’s home address (second line). |
City |
The emergency contact’s home address (city). |
State/Province |
The emergency contact’s home address (state or province). |
Zip/Postal Code |
The emergency contact’s home address (zip code). |

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid. |

Click Add to add an emergency contact. |

Click Edit to edit an emergency contact. |
Delete |
Click Delete to remove an emergency contact from a Patron’s profile. |
Alter Display |
Click Alter Display to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings. |
