The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Facility Notes grid under the Notes tab on the Facilities page.

Type of note. |
Date |
Date assigned to the note when it was created. |
Note |
Note text. |
Note Alert |
Indicates if there is an alert associated with the note. |
Expiration Date |
Date and time the note will expire. |
Created |
Date and time the note was created. |
Modified |
Date and time the note was edited. |
Option |
Description |
Add |
Click the Add drop-down menu to select either Add New Note or Add Predefined Note. |
View |
Click View to view a note. The note will display below the Notes grid. |
Edit |
Click Edit to edit a note. |
Delete |
Click Delete to remove a note. |
History |
Click History to view a note’s history. |
Save |
Click Save to save a note once it is added or edited. |
