List of Facility Predefined Notes Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of
Facility Predefined Notes grid on the Manage Facility Predefined Notes page:

Column	Description
*Note Type Name	Default note type (as defined in Odyssey HMS)
*Name	Default note name
*Note	Displays a preview of the note’s text
Alert	Indicates with a Yes or No as to whether the note is an alert
Option	Description
   	Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.
 Add	Click  Add to add a predefined note.
 View	Click  View next to a predefined note to view the note text.
 Edit	Click  Edit next to a predefined note to make changes.
 Delete	Click  Delete next to a predefined note to delete the item.
