The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Images grid on the Location Image Setup page:

Image Type |
The type of image. (Ex. Floor Plan) Image types are defined via the Images > Facility Image Types page in the Web section of the Setup module. See Facility Image Type Overview for more information.) |
Image Name |
The name of the image. (Ex. Suite B Floor Plan) |
Description |
Description of the image. (Ex. Floor plan of Suite B, including common areas) |
Active |
The image’s active status. Yes indicates the image is active. No indicates the image is inactive. |
In Use |
The image’s use status. Yes indicates that the image is currently linked to a facility. No indicates the image is not currently linked to a facility. |

Add |
Click Add to add an image. |
Show Search Criteria |
Click Show Search Criteria to display the Search Criteria options to perform a search for an image. |

Click Edit to edit the image’s information and active status. |
Delete |
Click Delete to delete the image. |
