List of Payment Methods Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Payment Methods grid on the Payment Method page.

Column

Description

In Use

A check mark indicates that the Payment Method is enabled and associated with existing transactions.

Name

The name of the Payment Method.

Abbreviation

The abbreviation of the Payment Method.

Active

A check indicates the Payment Method is enabled and available for use.

Static

A check indicates the Payment Method is a base ResCenter Payment Method. Static Payment Methods cannot be edited or deleted.

Option

Description

       

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.

Add

Click Add to add a new payment method.

Show Search Criteria

Click Show Search Criteria to display the Search Criteria options to perform a search for a payment method.

Edit

Click Edit next to a payment method to make changes to the payment method.

Delete

Click Delete next to a payment method to delete the payment method.
