The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Tasks grid on the Tasks page:

Description |
Name |
The name of the task, as defined when the task is created. A task name with a (1) appended indicates the task is a copy. Refer to the Run Task option in this table for more information. |
Task Type |
The type of task. |
Start Date |
The start date of the time range defined if the Always Run This Task setting is not selected in the Run Date Options section. |
End Date |
The end date of the time range defined if the Always Run This Task setting is not selected in the Run Date Options section. |
Next Run Time |
The date and time the task is scheduled to run next. |
Last Run Time |
The date and time the task last began running. |
Batch ID |
If the task process creates a financial transaction, this is the transaction batch ID number used in the Financial Transactions module |
Enabled |
Indicates the task is scheduled to run. If unchecked, the task will not process at the next scheduled run time. |
Frequency |
The frequency in which the task is schedule to run. |
State |
The status of the task’s next run time. The following States are possible: •Waiting – The task is waiting for the next run time. •Acquired – The task is being prepared to run. This State is only displayed for a very short time. •Running – The task is currently running. •Paused – The task is in a paused state. The task will not run—even at its scheduled time—until it is unpaused. •Error – The task did not run due to an error. •Blocked – An instance of this task is currently processing and cannot be initiated again until the current task is finished running. •Paused Blocked – The task is Paused and Blocked. •Complete – The task does not have a Next Run Time. •(no State) – This task is not scheduled to run again. |

Filter Options |
Click the Filter Options icon to select options to filter the List of Tasks grid. |
Add New Task |
Click Add New Task to create a new batch task. |
Refresh Grid |
Click Refresh Grid to display any new changes to the List of Tasks grid. |
Run Task |
Click Run Task to initiate the task process for a task set to be run manually (i.e. not scheduled). This option creates a copy of the task, runs it immediately, and adds a new row for the copied task in the List of Tasks grid. The added task will have the same name as the original task and will include (1) to indicate it is a copy. The Run Task function will not be available for all task types. |
View Task |
Click View Task to view the task’s configuration. |
Edit Task |
Click Edit Task to edit the task. |
Delete Task |
Click Delete Task to delete the task’s configuration. |
Task History |
Click Task History to view the task’s history |
