After completing a contract, conference managers can print an Event Estimate, which displays “per attendee” and “per reservation” contract item types. For “per reservation,” a billable item must be configured for the estimate to calculate the rates. See the Billable Items section for more information on adding event billable items.
Use the following procedure to print an event estimate of an event contract:
1. Select Events from the Conferences menu. The Events page is displayed. Click Select next to the event for which you want to print a Summary Bill.
2. Select the Contract tab, and click Select next to the contract in the Contract grid. The View Contract page is displayed.
3. In the Room Rate for Estimate box, select a Billable Item from the drop-down list.
4. Select the Rate Type from the drop-down list, and enter a Rate, if necessary.
5. Click the Generate Estimate button. The Event Estimate report will appear as a .pdf in a separate web browser window.
6. Once the Event Estimate appears, you can use your .pdf viewer’s controls to print or save the bill.
