Reserved Rooms Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Reserved Rooms grid on the View Attendee Group page:

Column

Description

Location

Location of reserved room.

Start Date

Start date and time of the reservation.

End Date

End date and time of the reservation.

Assigned To

Name of the person for whom the room is reserved.

ID

Attendee ID number.

Status

Contract status for the assignment contract item.

Expected Dates

Expected occupancy dates and times for the attendees already assigned to the reserved rooms.

Actual Dates

Actual occupancy dates and times for the attendees already assigned to the reserved rooms.

Option

Description

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.

Reserve Rooms

Click Reserve Rooms to reserve rooms for this attendee group.

Alter Display

Click Alter Display to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings.

Edit

Click Edit to modify the start or end date of the reserved room.

Delete

Click Delete to remove the reservation of the room for the attendee group.
