Use the following procedure to review a resident room inspection from the Resident Room Inspections page accessed from the Inspections section of the Facilities menu:
1. Search for the room inspection that you want to review and click Select. The Resident Room Inspection page is displayed with the room inspection information.
2. If the resident disagreed with an item condition, No will be displayed in the Resident Agrees column for that item.
Note: An icon appears next to Link in the Images (by Resident) column if the resident linked one or more images to the room inspection. Click Link to view the images.
3. Click Edit next to an item in the grid to make changes to the staff condition or comments.
Note: Staff Comments will be retained during each inspection unless cleared or overridden in Edit mode.
4. To view the staff inspection information for the resident room inspection, click View Staff Inspection. The Staff Room Inspections page is displayed with information regarding the inspection.
5. If disagreements have not yet been reviewed for this room inspection, Disagreements not reviewed will appear next to the Edit button at the bottom of the page. If you have finished reviewing this room inspection, click Edit to display the Disagreements reviewed check box. Select the check box and click Save.
6. Click Save to save your changes. Click Cancel if you do not want to save your changes. Click Close to return to the Resident Room Inspections page. If you selected the Disagreements reviewed check box while reviewing the room inspection, Yes (reviewed) will appear in the Disagreement column for the room inspection.
