Room Selection Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Room Selection grid:

Column

Description

Name

The name of the Room Selection definition.

Term

The Term associated with the Room Selection. Terms are defined via Setup > Global > Terms.

Application

The name of the Application (if one is used) for the Room Selection process. Applications are defined via Setup > Web > Forms.

First Date Available

The date and time when the Room Selection is first available for patrons to access.

Last Date Available

The date and time when the Room Selection is no longer available for patrons to access.

Search

Use the Search field to filter the Room Selection grid.
