The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Room Inspection List grids on the Staff Room Inspections page:
Note: The default display is set to show only rooms without a room inspection.

Count |
Displays the number of staff room inspections currently being displayed. |
ID
|
Auto-generated ID number that uniquely identifies the room inspection. This number identifies one inspection from another in the case where multiple inspections are performed on the same room. |
Location |
Location of the room inspection. |
Batch ID |
ID number of Batch. The Batch ID is automatically generated when a batch is created. |
Effective Date |
Date of a staff or resident event that begins the inspection. |
Due Date |
Date the room inspection is due. |
Inspected By |
Name of the person who performed the room inspection. |
Inspection Date |
Date the room inspection was performed. |
Resident Inspected |
Indicates with a Yes or No as to whether the room was inspected by a resident. |
Follow Up |
Indicates with a Yes or No as to whether the inspection requires a follow up due to at least one inventory item with a condition marked for follow up (for example, Damaged). |

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid. |
Export |
Click Export to retrieve all of the rows for the given search criteria and export the results into a CSV file. |
Show Search Criteria |
Click Show Search Criteria to display the Search Criteria options. |
Print Blank Forms |
Click Print Blank Forms to print a blank Resident Room Inspection form for each of the scheduled room inspections listed in the grid. |
Print Completed Forms |
Click Print Completed Forms to print a Current Resident Room Inspection form for all of the completed room inspections listed in the grid. |
Alter Display |
Click Alter Display to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings. |

Click Print next to a scheduled room inspection to print the Room Inspection form for that inspection. |
Select |
The Select link is enabled for room inspections that have been performed. Click Select to edit room inspection information (for example, to add a comment). |
Delete |
Click Delete to delete the inspection. |
Inspect |
Click Inspect to perform a room inspection for a specific location. |
Inspect All Spaces

Click Inspect All Spaces to perform a room inspection for all spaces associated with a location (for example, a bedroom and the common area—bathroom, living room—associated with that bedroom). |
