The Transaction Log can also be viewed by using the  Advanced Find function. For example, a user can search by Transaction Type to find transactions where an Attachment has been added for a patron. In the Results grid, each transaction includes the date and time it occurred. A user can select the  Alter Display option to add a User_Name column to view the ResCenter or HMS user who performed the transaction.

In the Results grid, clicking the  View Patron icon will display the profile of the patron associated with the transaction, if applicable. And clicking the  View Facility icon displays the facility associated with the transaction, if applicable.
