Define system users by providing them with a user name, password, and optional email address. By linking a user to one or more roles, you grant them the privileges associated to the roles. If a user is linked to more than one role and one role grants a more lenient access level, the most lenient access level will be allowed.
Notes: When you add users in ResCenter, they are also added in Odyssey HMS. When you add staff members in ResCenter, they are also added in Contact Management in Odyssey HMS.
When users are deleted in ResCenter, these actions are logged in Odyssey HMS for the user who completes the action. User actions appear in the User History tab of the Users & Securities module in Odyssey HMS.
