Use the following procedure to view an application’s history from the Applications tab:
1. From the Patron menu, select Search for Patron and perform a search for the patron for whom you want to view an application’s history.
2. From the Patron List grid, click a row to select a patron.
3. Select the Applications tab.
4. From the List of Applications grid, click View History next to the desired application. The application’s history information displays.
5. When viewing an application’s history, the following information is available:
• Action – The activity completed for the application (such as Create, Submit, or Delete).
• Action Date – Date the action occurred.
• Cancel/Reject Reason – Reason for an application cancel or reject.
• User Name – User name of person who completed the action.
