Use the following procedure to view an Asset’s usage summary from the List of Assets grid on the Assets page:
1. From the Inventory section of the Facilities menu, select Assets. The Assets page is displayed.
2. If necessary, filter the List of Assets grid by using the Search filters.
3. Click Show Usage Summary next to the desired Asset. A pop-up window will display the following information:
•Patron Name: Name of patron who used the asset.
•Location: Location related to asset usage, if available.
•From and To: Date range the asset was used.
4. If necessary, use the Date Range calendar menus to select a From and To date range to filter the search results.
