Use the following procedure to view an overview of a facility’s occupants:

1.  From the Facilities section of the Facilities menu, select Manage Facilities.

2.  From the Facility Tree, click on a facility to select the facility to view. If necessary, expand the tree by clicking on the expand icon  for the desired parent facility.

3.  Below the facility’s general fields, the facility’s occupants are displayed in the Occupants grid. For each occupant, the following information is displayed:

•     Patron – The patron’s name.

•     Start Date and End Date – The date range of the patron’s contract.

4.  If necessary, right- click on the patron’s name to view the patron’s Contracts tab in the Patron module.

When finished viewing the patron’s profile, clicking Return to Facilities at the top of the page will display the facility just viewed.
