The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Work Order Statuses grid on the Work Order Statuses page:

Description |
*Display Name |
Display name assigned to the work order status (for example, In Process). The display name will appear in the Status column/field in the Work Orders option. |
Display Order |
Indicates the order in which the work order statuses will display in the Status column/field in the Work Orders option. |
*Closed State |
Yes indicates that the work order is closed when the status is selected. No indicates that the work order changes status but stays open when the status is selected. |
*Active |
Indicates with a Yes or No as to whether the work order status is active. Yes indicates that the status will display in the Status column/field in the Work Orders option. No indicates that the status will be temporarily or permanently removed from usage. Work orders that are not actively using the status are not affected by deactivating the status. |
In Use |
Yes indicates that at least one work order has this status. |
