Attendees Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Attendees grid:

Column

Description

ID

Attendee ID number.

Name

Name of the attendee.

Gender

Gender of the attendee.

Room

Room assigned to the attendee.

Reservation Number

Attendee's reservation number.

 

Balance

Attendee’s remaining balance.

Expected Dates

Dates and times the attendee is expected to be attending the event and occupying the room.

Actual Dates

Actual occupancy dates and times the attendee attended the event and occupied the room.

State

State of the attendee's room assignment (for example, Preliminary).

Option

Description

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.

Add

Click Add to add an attendee.

Assign Rooms

Click Assign Rooms to assign a room to the attendee.

Alter Display

Click Alter Display to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings.

Select

Click Select to edit attendee details.

Delete

Click Delete to delete an attendee.

Print Bill

Click Print Bill to create an Attendee Bill outlining charge items for the attendee.

Email Bill

Click Email Bill to send an Attendee Bill outlining charge items for the attendee to the attendee’s email address.

Account

Click Account to access and edit attendee account information.
