For each billable item used in Conferences, a standard rate can be defined. When a billable item is used for an actual event, the standard rates will act as the default rate, though they are customizable, if necessary.

The Billable Item Standard Rates grid is accessed through the List of Billable Items Grid. From the Billable Item Standard Rates grid, users can perform the following actions:

•     Add a Billable Item Standard Rate

•     Delete a Billable Item Standard Rate

•     Edit a Billable Item Standard Rate
