Use the following procedure to copy a switch lottery batch from the Search tab of the Switch Lottery page:

1.  Select Switch Lottery from the Assignment section of the Patron menu. The List of Switch Lottery Batches grid is displayed in the Search tab of the Switch Lottery page.

2.  If necessary, search for a switch lottery batch.

3.  Click  Copy next to the desired switch lottery batch. The Copy Switch Lottery Batch page will be displayed.

4.  Edit the following fields, as necessary:

•     Name: Enter a name for the switch lottery batch.

•     Link to Term: To use a term’s date range for the switch lottery batch, select Yes, and select a Term.

Term: Select a term from the drop-down menu. Selecting a term defines the date range.

•     Occupancy Date Range: Select the date range of the switch lottery batch if the batch is not linked to a term.

5.  Enter any Notes, as necessary.

6.  Click Save.
