Use the following procedure to edit an Assignment Maximum:

1.  Select Assignment Maximums from the Assignments section of the Setup menu. The Assignment Maximums page is displayed.

2.  Click  Edit next to an assignment maximum.

3.  Edit the following information, as necessary.

•     Name: Enter a name for the assignment maximum.

•     Term: From the drop-down menu, select a term to associate with the assignment maximum.

•     Is for Switch Lottery?: Select this option to use the assignment maximum for a Switch Lottery batch assignment. If the assignment maximum will be used for a ranked assignment, leave this option unchecked.

4.  Click Update. The Assignment maximum successfully updated message is displayed.

5.  Continue by configuring rules for the assignment maximum, if necessary.
