General Overview

After searching for and selecting a patron, the patron profile is displayed. Staff can perform the following procedures from the main page of the patron’s profile:

•     Edit a Patron

•     Update a Patron Photo

•     Suspend All Processing for a Patron

•     View the Room Assignments Calendar

•     Perform Proxy or Agent Activity for a Patron
