Use the following procedure to view a record in the Bulk Communication Outbox grid:

1.  From the Patron menu, select Outbox.

2.  If necessary, search for a Bulk Communication Outbox record.

3.  In the Outbox grid, click  Record Details next to a Bulk Communication Outbox record. The History grid is displayed.

4.  The History grid includes a record of each step of the Bulk Communication process for a single message event. The following options are available the step:

•     View Details – Click  View Details to view more details about a step (such as an explanation of why a process failed).

•     View Patron - Click  View Patron to view the profile of the patron associated with the step in the message process.

•     View Communication – Click  View Communication to view the communication message associated with the step.
