Patron Setup

The Patron section of the Setup menu allows users to customize the ResCenter pages and configure system parameters. The following options are available:

•     Application Cancel/Reject Reasons: Define the reasons that a patron application is cancelled or rejected.

•     Predefined Notes|topic=Maintenance Lookup Tables Overview: Define default notes to associate with patrons’ profiles.

•     Proxy Setup: Define settings for Proxy users and Proxy emails.

•     Group Formation: Define patron groups according to group definitions.

•     Patron Lookup Tables|topic=Maintenance Lookup Tables Overview: Define the options that will display in the drop-down lists.

•     System Parameters: Define the system parameters for ResCenter.
