After completing an attendee group contract, conference managers can print an Attendee Group Summary Bill, which outlines fees based on the event for the attendee group.
Note: It is also possible to Print Attendee Bills for all attendees in an Attendee Group Contract via the Attendee Group Contract Grid. However, to make this function available, the Bill attendees individually option must be enabled when adding or editing the Attendee Group.
If the Bill attendees individually option is enabled, the Attendee Group Summary Bill will NOT include “per attendee” and “per assignment” contract item charges. Those charges will appear on the individual Attendee Bills.
Use the following procedure to print a summary bill of an attendee group contract:
1. Select Events from the Conferences menu. The Events page is displayed. Click Select next to the event for which you want to print an Attendee Group Summary Bill.
2. In the Attendee Groups tab, click Select next to the desired Attendee Group.
3. Select the Contract tab, and click Print Summary Bill in the Contract grid. The Summary Bill will appear as a .pdf in a separate web browser window.
A Print Summary Bill button is also available in the View Contract window after clicking Select on the contract.
4. Once the Summary Bill appears, you can use your .pdf viewer’s controls to print or save the bill.
