The Contract option allows staff to create an attendee group contract with an organization sponsoring an event. Contract Items can be added to the contract and customized. After completing the contract, a Summary Bill or Detail Bill can be printed.
Staff can perform the following procedures from the Contract tab on the View Attendee Group page:
• Add, edit, or delete an Attendee Group Contract
• Add, edit, or delete Attendee Group Contract Items
• Add, edit, or delete Attendee Group Room Rates
• Print an Attendee Group Summary Bill or Detail Bill
